About

When I was a little girl, my mother always had knitting needles or a crochet hook in her hands after her days' work was done!! I was fascinated by the process and the pretty things she made for us, so was soon an eager learner!!
I have enjoyed these crafts, sold at many craft shows, discovered Etsy by accident, and the rest is history!!
My little booties soon became very popular, and since then I have designed a few patterns as well!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your purchase, contact me within 3 days of receipt of item. When the item is returned in intact, unused condition, I will refund the purchase price less the postage or an exchange will be made, depending on the circumstances.
RETURNS must be made to my CANADIAN address. If returned through the shipping company a $5.00 re-stocking fee will be charged as that is the cost to me for returns.
No refund on CUSTOM orders.

RECEIPT OF ORDER:
If I have received no communication from the buyer within 4 weeks after the shipping date indicating otherwise, I will assume that all parcels have arrived safely.

PDF PATTERNS
No refunds will be given on the purchase of PDF patterns. If you need any clarification of the instructions, please contact me.
Payment
Payment is made through Paypal or Direct Checkout.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Shipping is by Canada Post for Canadian and International orders except for US. For US buyers: I use a cross border shipping company into the USPS so even though I am in Canada, you would receive your order in approx. 3-5 days after shipping.
Tracking for US orders available upon request.

Large orders may be shipped in clean recycled boxes. There is tracking and insurance on large orders or orders sent by XpressPost.

Please check that you have entered the correct SHIPPING ADDRESS when ordering. I cannot take responsibility for non-delivery of packages due to an incorrect address.
If a package is returned as UNDELIVERABLE due to the address or other reasons, the order will be refunded, less the postage. The buyer would then be free to re-order if they wished with the correct information.

BUYERS are responsible for any DUTY, TAXES or CUSTOMS FEES that are charged on delivery. Please be aware of your country's rules and rates on this.

I will ship internationally, contact me for shipping charges before ordering if there is no international rate given on the listing.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I am happy to do any of my styles in other colors, or if you have any special requests, I will consider them also.
Any custom items must be paid for before they are made. There is no refund on custom orders.

GIFT PURCHASES:
If you are purchasing your item for a gift, I can send it directly to the recipient, enclosing a small card with your personal message.
However, if sent to an address outside of Canada, it is illegal to mark "gift" on the customs form and the accurate value must be stated on the form.

If you select "Marked as Gift" when ordering, it only means that the packing slip/receipt doesn't show prices, so if it's intended as a gift, the recipient won't see how much it cost.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:
I will offer a small discount for orders of over 12 items. Items may be re-sold, but not on Etsy.
Any special labelling and packaging for re-sale is the responsibility of the purchaser.
