    Thank you for visiting the Twiddler's Nook. I take pride in the quality and care I take in everything I make. When you decide on a purchase, immediate payment is appreciated. 3 days is the maximum then I will email you and if I don't hear from you the item will not be shipped and will be relisted and a non-payment report will be filed with Etsy.

    Returns and exchanges
    All sales are final unless I have made a mistake in which case I will do everything in my power to remedy the situation. If you do have a problem with your order for some reason please contact me and we will see what can be done.
    Payment
    I accept PayPal and will ship your order as soon as payment is received. As mentioned before payment is expected within 3 days of your commitment to purchase or the item wil be relisted for others to purchase.
    Shipping
    I typically ship USPS. If you require a different method please let me know. I try to ship by the next day if at all possible. Custom orders may take up to 5-7 days to ship depending on the size of the order. If rush is needed please let me know, there may be additional charges for this.
