Welcome to Twig & Juniper Paper Co.! I take pride in all that I do and I hope that you find something perfect for your wedding day needs!! Feel free to just browse or contact me with any questions you may have. Most of my products are 100% customizable!! Enjoy!!

I aim for 100% satisfaction and I am more than willing to work with you when an issue arises.

If a client requests a refund all items must be returned and postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt before the refund will be given. Customer is responsible for handing return shipping fees.

A 25% materials fee will be deducted from the total refund amount due to the customized nature of each order.

If a client requests a reprint because they are unhappy with their order, but there is no misprint, error, or defect on the printing or paper - client will be responsible for paying for the reprint and paper cost.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted. Cancellation within 24 hours of an order is only accepted when no work has been done or proofs have been sent. Tax will be collected from each state at the current sales tax rate.
Shipping
Processing time listed for each item refers to the time it takes us to print, prepare, package and ship your order. It does not include the time in transit once an order is shipped. All processing times are listed in the description of the item you are purchasing. If you need your order shipped sooner, please let us know and we can usually offer you a rush fee, cost dependent upon how quickly you need your items to arrive.

Most orders within the US take 3-5 days for delivery AFTER you receive your tracking information, while international orders can take 2-4 weeks or even longer depending on the receiving country. Please know that we CANNOT guarantee delivery dates on behalf of USPS, nor can we be held responsible for delays by USPS. Once an item leaves our hands, we have the same tracking information as you and cannot provide updates beyond what is listed on the USPS tracking website. Additionally, we will not provide cancellation or refunds because of delays by USPS.

***Please note international orders may be charged a tax or tariff upon entry to your country. We have no control over these charges and legally we must disclose the value of your item when we ship in the customs documentation. Additionally, we have no control over international orders once they leave the US. We recommend ordering very early to allow for transport and customs in your country. We require 60 days to pass before we take action regarding a replacement item, and we do not offer any type of refund on international shipping. No exceptions.

Q: I love list design! Do you offer it as a download template?
A: So happy you love the design - as noted in all of my product listings, digital files for DIY are NOT available. I am a full print shop.

Q: I ordered my invitations 2 weeks ago, where is the tracking information?
A: I am working hard on getting your order finished. As noted in my shop announcement, the description of the invitation and your custom listing, turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the time of purchase. You will receive your invitations on or before the date you said you needed them by on the questionnaire form. All items are hand assembled and do take longer to process with multiple orders at the same time. Once they do ship - you will receive tracking information.

Q: I need invitations in 1 week - can you accommodate?
A: Unfortunately, since you haven't started the proofing process or started an order, this turnaround time is not doable. Even with a rush fee added (which would be quite expensive), due to the handmade nature of my items.
