Hello! I am Catherine, Owner of State of Grey. I have had a passion for paper products for as long as I can remember. I am a single mom of 2 toddlers, a son named Nash and a daughter named Grey, who I have passed down my love of paper products to. Which is why I had to give a nod to Grey, the one who made me a mama, in my business name.
I have a passion for serving my clients well and elevating your wedding with a killer wedding suite that will leave your guests with a lasting impression. My studio is currently my home but my dreams are to have my own little shop in the small community where I live. But in the meantime I will be caring for your invitations in my office at home!

A small family owned print shop. I design, they print my invitation items and ship directly to me. I then assemble, create, print envelopes and send to you!
Shop policies
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If a client requests a refund all items must be returned and postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt before the refund will be given. Customer is responsible for handing return shipping fees.
A 25% materials fee will be deducted from the total refund amount due to the customized nature of each order.
If a client requests a reprint because they are unhappy with their order, but there is no misprint, error, or defect on the printing or paper - client will be responsible for paying for the reprint and paper cost.

Shipping
Most orders within the US take 3-5 days for delivery AFTER you receive your tracking information, while international orders can take 2-4 weeks or even longer depending on the receiving country. Please know that we CANNOT guarantee delivery dates on behalf of USPS, nor can we be held responsible for delays by USPS. Once an item leaves our hands, we have the same tracking information as you and cannot provide updates beyond what is listed on the USPS tracking website. Additionally, we will not provide cancellation or refunds because of delays by USPS.
***Please note international orders may be charged a tax or tariff upon entry to your country. We have no control over these charges and legally we must disclose the value of your item when we ship in the customs documentation. Additionally, we have no control over international orders once they leave the US. We recommend ordering very early to allow for transport and customs in your country. We require 60 days to pass before we take action regarding a replacement item, and we do not offer any type of refund on international shipping. No exceptions.

Q: I love list design! Do you offer it as a download template?
A: So happy you love the design - as noted in all of my product listings, digital files for DIY are NOT available. I am a full print shop.
Q: I ordered my invitations 2 weeks ago, where is the tracking information?
A: I am working hard on getting your order finished. As noted in my shop announcement, the description of the invitation and your custom listing, turnaround time is 4-6 weeks from the time of purchase. You will receive your invitations on or before the date you said you needed them by on the questionnaire form. All items are hand assembled and do take longer to process with multiple orders at the same time. Once they do ship - you will receive tracking information.
Q: I need invitations in 1 week - can you accommodate?
A: Unfortunately, since you haven't started the proofing process or started an order, this turnaround time is not doable. Even with a rush fee added (which would be quite expensive), due to the handmade nature of my items.
