Payment is expected at time of checkout, unless other arrangements have been made prior. If the payment doesn't go through I will contact you. After 3 days and payment doesn't go through and you haven't contacting me regarding the order I will cancel the sale.
I prefer Paypal and credit cards.
My current turnaround time is 7-14 days (hopefully sooner). If you need something by a specific date, please contact me.
I ship USPS first class mail UNLESS you merchandise is over 13 oz. YOU MUST GIVE ME THE CORRECT ETSY ADDRESS WHEN YOU CHECKOUT! THIS IS THE ADDRESS THAT I AM SHIPPING THE ITEM TO. For my protection I MUST ship to the address that you want me to ship to when you check out. Do not put this information in the notes to seller! It is not my responsibilby if you don't give me the correct shipping address.

Refunds and Exchanges
There is a risk in purchasing a personalized item since it MAY NOT BE RETURNED. I obviously can not re- sell a item if it has a name on the item. Also no returns on custom made items. I can not guarantee that another customer will want the same item as you.
If your item arrives faulty in any way please contact me. I try my very best to get exactly what you want when I make your item but I am human and yes I make mistakes (NOT ON PURPOSE). If you would like me to fix the problem with the defected item YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM TO ME. Sorry this means no freebies or discounts.

Do you offer discount for purchasing multiple items from my shop?
Yes I do. I have my listings set up on etsy so that it charges you a lower shipping rate when you purchase multiple items.
I liked you on facebook but I didn't use the code. Will you apply the code for me?
Sorry I can't apply the code after payment has processed. But you can use the code when if you decide to purchase from me in the future.
My item should have shipped by now. WHAT IS GOING ON?
I try my very best not to get behind. Sometimes I get 15-20 orders in one day and this will cause me to get a few days behind. I also get all my material and supplies from the mail so I have to wait for these to come before I can make orders. I am aware that everyone is excited to get their products. It is VERY IMPORTANT to let me know if you need this withing a certain time so I can bump it up if necessary.
Why haven't you answered my questions?
I try my very best to get all questions answered everyday. However some times it can take me 1-2 hours to set up custom orders, answer questions, look up tracking numbers etc. The time I spend on the computer is TAKING ME AWAY from when I can work on orders that need to be processed. Please be patient. If you haven't heard back from me please remind me. I can get over 20 messages in one day and it can be very easy to miss one.
Can you send me the tracking number for my package?
Yes all tracking numbers are sent to the email address you have set up. You can also look this up under your etsy account. Sorry I don't have tracking numbers for crinkle paper.
Why isn't the tracking number working when I look it up?
I can not possibly go to the post office ever day... to busy sewing. If it hasn't moved within 3 days please contact me. If it looks like it is not moving and is stuck in a city there is a very chance that the tracking is not working on the package. From my experience on this it does take the package longer to arrive but I promise you it is moving! If it does turn into a situation where it can not be tracked and you havn'et gotten it after a few weeks of being in transit please let me know and I will send you a replacement.
Insurance is NOT included in our shipping prices. If you would like to add insurance to your order please contact me. If you do not purchase insurance, we will not replace lost packages if they are marked "delivered".
I have no interest in dealing with rude, demanding or impolite customers. This means bulling, threatening me with negative feedback, sending me LONG hateful messages or threatening to contacting etsy support. This is honestly the worse part of my job. Yes it is hard for me to not to take offense when you don't like my handmade item, but you can be kind and polite about it as well as I will back to you. If you are rude or demanding to me then I may even cancel your order. If you leave bad feedback on your item and then ask me to resolve the problem I can not promise you I will be happy to work with you. Remember a little kindness can go along way!
