Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept returns or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If your item was damaged in transit, please let me know. Each item I describe to it's full condition as well as show it with photos. You are buying one of a kind art pieces, if they do not meet your complete satisfaction, let's talk nicely about it and resolve it. Otherise, if you order something and decide you don't like it-then do not give refunds. All sales are final.
Payment
I accept money orders, credit cards, and Paypal. No checks please without prior verification and references. Payment must be made for me to ship you your item.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. I cannot stress this enough. I also CANNOT and will not hold any orders after January 2018. I will accept some barter / special arrangements at times, so just ask! All items MUST be paid in full before item will ship.
Shipping
Most of the time I will ship USPS priority mail. In the case of smaller items, I ship first class. If you need something expedited, feel free to ask! I try my best to ship the same day or at least the next day after your order. I usually hit the post office twice a week.
