Twin sisters who love buying, selling and collecting vintage.

Twin Hearts Vintage is owned and operated by twin sisters, Jacqueline and Kristina.

We have been seriously buying and selling antiques and fine art since childhood. Learning the business at our Thursday antiques flea market. Jacqueline is a former fashion design student. Having the experience working with antique textiles, she became interested in selling vintage clothing (1940's-early 1990's). We opened our first storefront location in 2011, specializing in many different categories of collecting. Here in our Etsy shop you'll find vintage fashion accessories, costume and estate jewelry.

Returns and exchange details
NO RETURNS. All of our items are vintage and sold AS IS. If a return/exchange is accepted, shipping and insurance will be paid for by the customer. All returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of the item's purchase date.
Payment
We accept credit card payments through Etsy. Paypal account can also be used via Etsy's payment processing. Please request to have an item reserved if you cannot make payment right away.

TRADING:
Twin Hearts Vintage does trade items for our Etsy Shop goods. We are looking for vintage fashion dolls from the 1960's-1970's. Please convo us with the items you're interested in purchasing and items for trade.
Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail. All shipping methods include delivery confirmation.

These shipping rates are a guide. There are instances where a very heavy package will be 100.00 and up.

Domestic Shipping Rates by parcel size
Small: 2.95-6.50 (First Class)
Medium: 8.50-13.00 (Priority)
Large: 25.00-60.00 (Priority)

International Shipping Rates (by parcel size)
Small: 11.50-15.00 (First Class International)
Medium-Large: 25.00-40.00 (First Class International)
Large (packages 4lbs and over): 55.00-98.00 (Global Priority Mail)

Items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy account. If you'd like to change your address, you must make a request through Etsy conversations.

Insurance is recommended on domestic and overseas parcels. Twin Hearts Vintage is NOT responsible if an item is lost or damaged in transit.

Items can be reserved for up to 5 days. A purchase date must be submitted before the item is reserved. Reserving an item is not a guarantee. If another buyer purchases the item during the reservation period, they will be able to purchase and complete the transaction.
