Hands down, one of my favorite elements of the wedding, even picked it before the bouquets because they were so perfect!! So pretty, we’ll have them for a lifetime as a reminder of our special event!

About What I Do....
All items are handcrafted by me. I sew the pillows, design and create the bouquets and boutonnieres. I have an addiction to vintage linens and I love finding ways to give them new life as ring bearer pillows and wedding decor. I endeavor to be original in my designs and true to my own standards.

- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I pack and ship with great care. If by chance you receive a broken item, please message me and include a photo of the broken item. Let me know if you'd like a replacement item or refund. Please be willing and prepared to fill out insurance claim information in order to receive a refund or replacement.
If you receive your order and are not satisfied, please give me the opportunity to discuss and rectify any issues or concerns. By staying in close contact during the design process, problems should be few and easily solved before shipping.
Please message me before returning any item.
If a return is necessary I ask that items be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging. No returns will be accepted after the date of your wedding. Shipping cost is not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Any Refunds will be made via the same method as payment.

Credit cards are accepted through PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout.
RESERVED LISTINGS
I am am happy to reserve an item for you, but can only hold that item for you without payment for 24 hrs. After that time, if payment is not made in full the reserved item will be placed back in my inventory for sale.
Illinois Residents be aware I am required to charge sales tax for items sold in Illinois.
Shipping
All of my shop orders are shipped through USPS first class system after a 3-5 day processing time or larger items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number is provided when shipped, and you will receive that tracking number once I ship your order. After your order leaves my hands, I have ZERO control over the shipping time. Please refrain from leaving my shop a negative review if USPS has delayed shipping.
Etsy now allows shops to give the option of Priority Mail Shipping. This item is available on some of my items, you can make a choice at checkout.
International orders are shipped First Class International. If you would like an international order shipped Priority I'll be happy to give you a price quote. Please be aware that USPS Priority International shipping is not a guaranteed delivery time by USPS.
Please be aware of any customs and duty fees that may apply to your international package, they are your responsibility.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please realize that each bouquet, boutonniere, etc. is a handmade item and will vary slightly. No two pieces can ever be exactly alike as they are handmade, not machine made.
There may be times when exact materials shown in photos are no longer available. Any time the exact material is not available I will promptly let you know along with options for comparable replacements, including, if necessary, photos and color swatches.
Exact colors can sometimes be hard to reproduce photographically. I am always happy to provide a flower or ribbon swatch so there is no confusion as to true color.

Gift wrapping and packaging
If your order is a gift, I can do the following:
-wrap each product individually
-include a custom message
-leave a receipt out of the order
Custom and personalized orders
Custom Orders require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering, with the balance due at the time of completion and prior to shipping. Cancellation of a Custom Order after supplies have been purchased makes it impossible for me to refund the deposit. I will work with you in regards to this as unforeseen events do occur.
Custom Order Changes
Custom Orders are a joy to create, as a little piece of the bride and groom shows through, making each item unique. Good communication is required to make each item uniquely yours, by the same thought, much time and labor goes into each piece. I strive to make each item meet your expectations, and will work to that end. But as you can understand, repeated changes in regard to design and style by the buyer adds up in labor and materials. If major changes are repeatedly required (such as flower types,color, bouquet shape etc.) it will be necessary to charge $50.00 per change to cover additional labors and supplies. I will try to communicate well with you on this, and discuss additional charges that could occur as we go along.
How long will it take to receive my order once shipped?
Any answer I give to this question is based on my experience with previous orders and ONLY AN ESTIMATED TIME.
