Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If something arrives with you damaged, take a photo of it and send it to me at cakeadaykatie [at] hotmail.co.uk . I will send you a new one by recorded delivery at no extra charge.
Payment
Please make your payment at the checkout. I won't be able to ship your item until the payment has gone through. If you have a problem or cannot pay, just send me a message, and I will cancel the sale or we can work something out.
Shipping
I have had the worst time with International Shipping recently. If you are a customer from America or anywhere outside of Europe, I have the following policies in place for lost items.
1. Please wait at least 2 weeks for your item to arrive. I ship securely in bubble mailers, and I always double check the address against Paypal.
2. If you do not receive your item within this time, send me a message and I will email you a scan of your receipt. I usually would then suggest waiting a further week.
3. If your item still does not arrive, I will send another one out by recorded delivery at no extra cost to you.
I will do everything in my power to ensure that you receive your item promptly and in excellent condition. If you do have any concerns on this matter, just drop me a line.
