It all began in 2005 when I decided to leave my job as a teacher and stay at home raising my twin baby girls. (They were so little and fragile that I could not possibly leave them at childcare!)
At first they didn't leave me enough time for myself but as time went by they grow and didn't need me so much. I then started looking for something I could do from home while taking care of them.
As soon as I tried out felt I fell in love! It's soft and sweet, colorful and versatile - you can make almost anything with felt.
I began making name banners for my girls, for my friends' kids and before I knew it I was being asked to make all sort of things.
In my shop you can find tic tac toes, crib mobiles, party favors, name banners and lots of other sweet felt creations.

Returns and exchanges
Please have in mind that colors may differ slightly due to different monitors settings and have minor differences due to the handmade nature of the products.
The refund of the order if returned [excluding the value of shipping] will be made after receipt and verification of returned products.
Twins & Crafts is not responsible for damages to the package due to bad handling by the carriers.
Payment
For cancellations of orders, please notify me by email, as soon as possible.
If payment has not yet been made, please send me an email, and I'll send you an email confirmation when order is cancelled.
If payment has already been made, but the order has not yet been sent, the costs of the order will be refunded [value of the products + shipping costs].
Shipping
When that is not possible I'll send you an email or convo so you'll know when it will be shipped.
All my orders are shipped by priority registered mail and you'll receive an email confirming shipment.
If you’re buying from Portugal your order should arrive in 1 to 2 business days, for mainland Portugal, and 2 to 5 business days for Madeira or Açores.
For orders from Europe the expected delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks and for the Rest of the World about 3 weeks.
During the holiday season (November and December) it can even take longer.
Have in mind that international orders may be delayed by local customs and may incur local import duties and charges that are the responsibility of the buyer.
Should the order not be delivered due to reasons attributed to the client [wrong address, or the order is not picked up at the post office if not able to make home delivery] Twins & Crafts is not responsible for any damages and / or costs associated with this situation.

If you want something custom made, just convo me with all the information, colors and quantity.
I then create a special listing for you and begin making your order as soon as I receive payment. I will then send you a message letting you know the expected time of delivery.
