Shop policies

Welcome! Most all of my items in my shop are CUSTOM, this means you get to choose the size, color, fabrics, fonts etc to make your items PERFECTLY unique to fit your kiddo. I always love to help out when I can if you have questions, don't hesitate to ask. All items are made in a smoke free, pet loving (1 cat) home :)

Accepted payment methods

Paypal is preferred method of payment. Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase. With personalized/custom orders payment is expected before I start. If payment is not received within 24 hours, I will consider the order canceled. Please contact me within 24 hours of purchase if you need to cancel your order.

Conversation is important on custom items, I want your item to be perfect and often times seek your approval on details before moving forward. So PLEASE keep an eye open for conversations.

PLEASE make sure you have ALL details needed to complete your order included upon purchase, if details are missing your item will not be able to be started. In the event that details are missing from your order I will attempt to contact you, if for some reason I cannot get ahold of you or you do not respond, I give a 7 day grace period and if no conversation occurs in that time, I will need to cancel your order AND leave NEUTRAL feedback.

I also am willing to waive shipping fees for local orders if arrangements are made for you to come pick up your order.
Seller will ship via USPS unless otherwise requested. Turnaround time for custom items vary so PLEASE note turnarounds stated in shop announcements. RUSH fees are available but you need to convo BEFORE purchase to figure out the details.Please Seller is willing to ship via other methods, at buyers expense. Contact seller if you have special requests such as shipping to a gift address.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales on personalized items are final. Please double check your order before placing it to make sure all the details of your order are correct, including spelling of name, fabric choices and sizing. If you have sizing questions, feel free to convo, I will do my best to help you figure out what size you need. Seller is NOT responsible if the details of your order are not correct, seller creates the item directly off your order and it is your responsibility to make sure all the details are how you would like them to be on your order.

Seller is not responsible for losses during shipping, if you are concerned about loss, seller is willing to ship with a method that allows insurance, at buyer's expense. Most items are one of a kind, and so, if an issue arises where an exchange is needed due to wrong size ordered, please contact the seller to try to work something out.
