Welcome to the sister shop of!

This shop is devoted to the 3 R's - reduce, reuse, and recycle. We are paper obsessed and cannot bear to have even one millimeter of gorgeous cardstock or patterned paper find its way into the trash bin. "Twirlie Whirlies, too" is intended to be a solution to our growing mountain of paper leftovers from pinwheels past.

We hope that you will appreciate our efforts and find something uniquely beautiful just for you.


All of our products are constructed and assembled in a clean, pet and smoke-free environment.

We use only high quality, single and double-sided 12"x12" scrapbook paper for our items, all of which are acid and lignin free.

For our special Holiday themed listings, please note that Holiday papers are generally only available for a short period of time. Chances are if you love it, it won't be available next year so get it while you can!

Note that due to colour differences in computer monitor settings, papers may appear slightly different on screen than actual. If you have any questions regarding colours, please convo. me prior to purchase.

Due to the handmade, custom nature of our products, no refunds will be provided on items purchased, custom or otherwise. We do, however, value your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you have a concern or complaint once receiving your package, please advise us within 5 business days and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If the contents of your parcel have arrived damaged in any way, please provide photographs so that we may adequately address and correct the situation.

Many of our products are very delicate and we do our very best to package them with extreme care. Either padded bubble envelopes or new corrugated boxes of the appropriate size for the order are used. In addition, all our products are packaged in brand new, clear, resealable polypropylene bags to prevent any water/moisture damage which may occur during shipping and/or delivery. These bags may then be reused or recycled.
Currently we only accept PayPal or cash on delivery for our local customers. Please note that PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and E-Checks. If you choose to pay by E-Check, your item will ship as soon as your payment clears (average time 5 days). Payment is appreciated immediately upon purchase. If payment has not been remitted after 3 business days and a friendly reminder, the transaction will be cancelled.

Shipping rates for custom orders are determinate on the item size and quantity of the order. We will require a shipping address in order to determine these rates and will advise you of the cost prior to offering a reserved listing.

Within Canada - Regular Parcel service is used. Delivery within 6 to 9 business days. Insurance provided upon request for an additional $0.90 USD per $100 of coverage. Should you require you purchase sooner, we will upgrade to either Xpresspost (within 2 business days) or Priority (next day a.m. delivery) for the cost incurred.

To the U.S. - Either Light Packet or Small Packet USA Air service is used. Delivery standards are 10 to 14 business days. PLEASE NOTE that this service does not include tracking of the parcel nor is it even an add-on option. Should you require your purchase sooner, or prefer to have the tracking ability of your parcel, we will upgrade this service to Expedited and advise of the additional cost. Insurance up to $100 is included.

It shall be noted that although we have not encountered these charges in the past, buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

We are not responsible for delayed packages. We will, however, initiate a claim on your behalf if your package has not arrived after 75 days (the Canada Post standard for lost parcels).

We also offer our local, Greater Horseshoe customers the option of personal pick-up. Please convo. this prior to finalizing your order and we will remove the shipping charges.

We do our best to provide an accurate shipping cost in the listing and will refund any significant overages to our customers. We will always combine shipping on multiple purchases and adjust charges adequately.

Please do not leave discouraged! I will gladly ship to you as well. Just let me know what you're interested in and where you call home and I will calculate the cost for you.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS - Due to extremely long and unacceptable delays in small packages being delivered, we are currently not shipping to Australia at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Pre-made listed items will be shipped within 3 business days. Small custom orders will require a 3 to 5 day assembly period prior to shipping. An estimated time of completion will be provided for large orders.


Please note that most of our products are made and/or assembled using small parts. Please keep out of the reach of children. Twirlie Whirlies will not be held liable for injuries sustained.


Please keep in mind that our handmade products are made from paper.

They will not withstand harsh treatment such as being crushed, immersed in water or left out in the rain.
