It's hard to know quite what to put here! I'll just mention that I take a lot of pride in making my jewellery and everything gets the 'window test'... yes, I really do go to a window for the best light to check that the end clamps of chokers match up, the coils on the earrings are the same length and the charms are hand picked to be exactly as you would expect them (you'd be amazed if you knew how many items get the 'bin treatment'... it's quite sad ;-))!

ALL metal items used are treated against tarnishing (this is a big deal if you want your choker to last without having to seal it in an airtight bag when not in use) and my crafting area is kept as dust/hair free as physically possible too!

I'd also mention that the extension chains are hand-cut by me from thicker chain than the 'norm.' so if you want to alter the length of it/them, that's doable as well!

Customer service and satisfaction are extremely important to me too. You will get a personal confirmation of your order and also a dispatch note so that you know exactly what is going on.

Returns and exchange details
I accept returns and would request that you send the item back as you received it please, preferably within 14 days of receipt. It is also helpful if you let me know that you are returning your package so that I look out for it (whilst I love a good mystery... sometimes my half a brain cell can't cope with working out where things came from ;-)!).
Please would you get in touch and let me know about any alterations to your purchases as soon as possible? I have a habit of starting on crafting straight away... any excuse to avoid the housework for a little bit longer ;-)!
I endeavour to send out items the same day (whenever possible) that they have been paid for and use standard Airmail for overseas parcels. If you wish to change the method I send your purchase/s, please could you let me know before you purchase so that I can get the new shipping cost before you make any commitment? I'm not one for making money out of the shipping charge, so be rest assured that I would never attempt to bump up the price... in fact, I'm quite the opposite and have the habit of refunding if one has paid too much ;-)!!

DELIVERY TIMESCALES - UK & Airmail shipping prices are charged AT COST and are not inflated, neither do I charge for packing materials or indeed anything else. I dispatch very quickly, but the postal service can be annoyingly slow and I tend to suggest:-

UK = 1-3 DAYS
WORLDWIDE = 8-30 DAYS and there is no tracking facility (I'm sorry).

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you've measured your neck for a choker and that your address details on your Etsy Account are correct - I've been getting a lot of returns due to these two issues of which, could have been avoided, thank you!
