The bracelet & necklace matched perfectly. The colors were what I requested & Carmen even put a great secure titanium clasp on each piece. The workmanship is amazing. The pieces are smooth against my skin & so comfortable to wear. I will be ordering more designs from her in the future!! The shipping time seemed a little long but only to me because I was so anxious to receive my order. The actual shipping to delivery was just fine!!

This bracelet looks even better than in the pics. The sender was very courteous, prompt and honest. I will order from twistedlinksjewelry again!

About

Loving linking links

I have been crafting most of my life, with yarn, embroidery, sewing, painting and dabbling in any number of crafts and activities. I discovered jewelry making 15 years ago, and have been selling my work for 10. Chainmaille is my first love in jewelry working, after learning from my best friend when she was involved in a medieval revival group. With just two pairs of pliers and a few thousand wire rings, I can make something truly gorgeous and special. And yes, I am just crazy enough to enjoy spending hours linking these together in patterns.
I have two autistic children, so I am a very busy mom, but I spend every moment I can steal playing with links, wire and beads. I get inspiration everywhere, from whatever colours and textures catch my interest. I love hanging out with fellow beadaholics in my favourite bead shops, and am constantly trying out new techniques and ideas.
I like doing custom work and designing pieces for people. Nothing makes me happier than seeing something I made being worn by someone who loves it.

I love my work and take it seriously. I love to see satisfied customers wearing my creations.

I stand by my work, and will offer repairs/replacement if a piece does not hold up to ordinary use. I use the sturdiest materials possible but be advised that beaded pieces especially can be delicate.

I will finish orders as quickly as I can, by your deadline, if I accept the job. I make all pieces individually, myself, and I cannot promise precise duplicates of pieces. My supplies vary considerably as I purchase at different times,

Payment
Normally, I require purchases to be paid by Paypal before shipping. If you wish to make a custom order subject to your approval before shipping, a non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the purchase price with the balance to be paid upon approval (by pictures or samples, depending on your location and preference), and shipped upon receipt of full payment.
Shipping
I generally send packages through Canada Post in a padded envelope. Canadian customers will receive their purchases in two to seven business days. For American customers this means you will receive your item in one to two weeks. If you wish to have your item shipped by courier or expedited post or if you wish to have a gift box or other non-standard packaging used, I will set up a custom premium shipping order for you. For other international orders, please contact me and I will find out and confirm for you the actual cost of shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand by my work, and if a ready made piece displayed in my shop is unacceptable to the buyer upon receipt, I will replace or refund the purchase upon return. Custom orders can be made subject to approval upon deposit if desired, with a special order for "Deposit for custom order" to be paid equal to 1/2 the final purchase price. This amount is non-refundable unless I fail to complete the order. I ship my work as safely as possible, but if a piece is received that is damaged or incomplete, I will accept a return for repairs, or partially refund the price on a case by case basis if the purchaser wishes to have the item repaired themselves.
Additional policies and FAQs
For custom orders, I will finish orders as quickly as I can, by your deadline, if I accept the job. I make all pieces individually, myself, and I cannot promise precise duplicates of pieces, although most chainmaille items are fairly close. My supplies vary considerably as I purchase at different times, and some are limited or one of a kind beads and findings.
