It PERFECTLY matches my engagement ring, which I was not expecting but still pleasantly surprised with. The sizing is great as I was worried it would be large, plus the extra details in the chain accent it beautifully. I cant wait to wear this piece. :)

Custom and personalized orders
All my items are custom made to order. If you require any customization done please don't hesitate to contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
As all my items are custom made to order, I can only give refunds and exchange items if an item arrives damaged. Please contact me with 3 days of arrival and send image of item taken in natural light.
The returns must be shipped back within 21 working days of contact for return. Please do not return any jewelry without contacting me first through Etsy.
I also do not offer refunds and exchanges for
1. Custom made jewelry
2. Intimate items like earrings for pierced ears
3. Bridemaids gifts as they are custom made.
4. tarnished Jewelry as I DO NOT OFFER ANY GUARANTEE WITH REGARDS TO PLATING.
Please note buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. Refunds will also be given if delays are due to customs issues
Care instructions
All jewelry will come packed in ziplock bags. Please retain the jewelry in these bags as they will help prevent tarnishing. Please avoid spraying perfume directly on the jewelry,exposing it to salt spray or getting it wet. It is also a good idea to wipe them a little after use and before putting them back in the bags if possible. It will all help to prevent the tarnishing.
Please note: All jewelry including Sterling Silver jewelry will tarnish with time. Sterling Silver jewelry can be cleaned back to original color.
What items cannot be returned
I do not offer refunds or exchanges of
1. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS. Eg: If I have customized a necklace in a particular size or a back drop in a special size.
2. Tarnished Jewelry as I DO NOT OFFER ANY GUARANTEE WITH REGARDS TO PLATING.
3. I do not accept returns or refunds for:
Intimate items - earrings for pierced ears
custom made items
custom made quantities
bridesmaids sets
Used jewelry
4. I do not accept returns or refunds for: Items that cannot be delivered because the courier company cannot contact you ( if you haven't given me the correct phone number or no phone number at all). It is upto you to contact the COURIER COMPANY and arrange delivery at your convenience.
Shipping and Delivery DURING COVID-19
Due to disruptions from COVID-19 & potential shipping carrier delays. All orders via FREE SHIPPING will take between 21-30 days for delivery. ( This comes with tracking but it will not be updated as regularly).
COURIER SHIPPING upgrade is free for order OVER US$150. Delivery will take up to 14-18 days, there will be delays but you can track your package.
All delivery dates during this time are APPROXIMATIONS AND NOT GUARANTEED. **Please include your phone number for courier delivery.
