I am not responsible for the post office losing your items. Once I package the items, you will recieve a tracking number by email. Once the items leave my hand, they can no longer be my responsibility. If you are concerned, please let me know that you would like insurance added to your items. For every $50 you will need to add $1.70 for insurance (rates subject to change). If you are not happy with your product I will allow refunds or exchanges within 7 days. You must contact me prior to returning the items so that I will be aware that there was a problem. I will not accept a return on an item that is taken out of its original packaging (ie sealed packages such as buttons).

I accept paypal and Direct Checkout through Etsy.

All items shipping to the continental USA will ship within 3-5 business days. All international orders will ship within 7-10 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday.
I ship most items first class mail. If your items weigh more than 13 ounces they will be required to ship priority mail. If you need a rush put on your items please convo me so that I may take appropriate actions to ship your items quickly.
If you want insurance added to your package you must contact me prior to payment so that I may add an insurance upgrade for you.

Please remember that it often takes 2-6 weeks for international first class shipments to reach their destinations. If you need it quickly, please ask for priority mail shipping. Priority mail shipping is generally delivered in 6-10 days worldwide.

Please note that I am NOT responsible for lost packages or damaged packages. If you are worried about either, please purchase insurance to cover the costs of your items.

Can't find it in my shop? I am happy to try to find items that you are looking for. Please send me a convo and I will search for the best prices for you.

When dealing with a large volume of appliques, beads etc, my suppliers often times will substitute or change colors or prints when producing. While I try to keep all of my pictures up to date of the exact product, there are times that substitutions from the picture are made. I will try to notify you if this will affect your order. Also, due to high volume, there are times that I must substitute products if something becomes unavailable. I will always try to send extra items if this happens.
