The Story of Two Bees Creations

Two Bees Creations is a family business. It was started in 2011 by the two Bees themselves- Bonnie and her niece, Briana.

Our family has a long legacy of creative women who have been meticulous about craftsmanship, and we hope to carry on that vision by creating quality handmade items. We started off selling handmade purses and bags, and have expanded to offer wallets, clutches, tea wallets, felted jewelry and home goods.

Returns and exchanges
If there is a problem with your item or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know within 15 days after you receive the item. You will need to pay for return shipping to send it back to us. After we receive it and check to be sure it is in its original condition, we will immediately refund your purchase price and initial shipping cost (or exchange your item for another of equal value, in which case shipping will not be refunded).
Payment
We accept payment with PayPal and credit card (aka Etsy direct Checkout).

ONLY select the "other" option if you:
a. have a gift certificate (and then put the certificate code in the notes to seller) or
b. have already contacted us to arrange another method of payment

Payment is expected upon order.
Shipping
We ship ONCE every week (every Monday). All items are shipped via USPS. Combined shipping is available to keep your costs low if you'd like more than one item. Delivery confirmation & insurance are available for an extra cost.

If your address differs between your Paypal info and your Etsy info, or if the item needs to be shipped to a different address altogether, please convo us or write it in the notes to seller box at checkout.

Attn. International buyers: Shipping charges listed are an average. If you would like potentially less expensive shipping, please convo us and we can see what the exact charge is to ship your item(s). It may be less than listed, depending on your location (but won't be more!)
