Custom and personalized orders
I absolutely accept (and love!) custom orders. I'd love to work with you to create your perfect project with no commitment until we've both agreed on all the details.
Due to the nature of custom orders, I cannot accept cancellations after we've agreed and will only accept returns if the product is defective.
At this time I am unable to add names onto items.
Sizing details
Sizing details are listed on each individual item.
Care instructions
Care instructions will be included with each item. If the item requires special care (such as dry cleaning) this information will be included in both the listing and with the item when you receive it.
How is shipping determined?
All rates are determined by Canada Post.
Canadian orders, in the main, will be shipped regular oversized letter mail. This option cannot be tracked, but allows me to offer free shipping every day. Large orders may be upgraded to tracked parcel shipping, or split into several envelopes for letter shipping - this will be at the shop owner's discretion.
Canadian-bound baby shower bundles include tracking.
For US customers, orders are shipped Small Packet - USA Air, which also does not include tracking. Tracking can be added for a nominal fee if you choose.
Allergies
All items are made and stored in a pet and smoke free environment.
Cancellations
I understand life happens, and you may need to cancel an item, be it ready made, custom or made-to order.
Cancellations must be received within an hour of purchase. This is because in order to provide the fastest possible turn around time, I often begin putting an order together almost immediately. Once postage is purchased, I will not accept a cancellation request.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale rates are available on a case-by-case basis. As I am a one-woman show, I need to make sure I can meet the needs of wholesale orders.

Returns & Exchanges
During the current Covid-19 pandemic, I have stopped accepting returns and exchanges.
To ensure the health of my family and yours, I would need to wash any returned or exchanged item, which prevents me from selling the item as being in new condition.
