Returns and exchanges
I am not currently accepting returns on dreadlock extensions as I cannot prove they have not been worn and thus cannot resell them. Clothing & accessories (if listed) may be considered on a case by case basis.

Please check the size before purchasing. I will not accept a return due to your purchase of an incorrect size. If you have questions about the size, please ask before you buy.
Payment
I am currently accepting PayPal, credit cards, checks, money orders, and Etsy gift cards. PP, CC, EGC must be paid within 24-hours. Checks and MO must be received within a week or item may be relisted.
Shipping
In-stock dreads ship within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order dreads take 2-3 weeks to create before shipping. Custom orders will vary in shipping times, please contact me for details.

Domestically, I ship in flat-rate priority shipping boxes that come with tracking. Most of my shipping is done in the smallest box, which is $5.80. If you prefer a different shipping option, please contat me.

Internationally, I ship first-class international. If you'd like a faster service, please message me for your adjusted total.

If your shipping & handling charge is somehow overestimated, I will refund any errant charge over $1.00.

people with allergies, please note: all items come from a cat-friendly home. the cats are not allowed to play in or on any of these items and i inspect each item before shipment, but i cannot guarantee that a stray hair will not find its way to the fibers.
