How we came to be

As a creative person, one day I decided to start making t-shirts/tank tops and decals for friends, family and myself. As I would post them to my personal social media accounts, more and more people would message me asking me to make them custom things. I soon realized that I was able to do more volume than what I was currently doing. With the encouragement of my husband, I opened my Etsy store on May 22, 2017.

Our name, Two Pineapples Co, is not only just because Pineapples are my favorite, but because pineapple is recognized as a traditional expression of "welcome" throughout the south and eastern seaboard. The fruit symbolizes those intangible assets we appreciate in a home: warmth, welcome, friendship, and hospitality. The "Two" represents the two people, my husband and I, that founded this shop and work hard to provide you with excellent quality products. We strive to provide great customer service to my customers and address any concerns you may have, quickly and professionally. This is our mission to you.

By supporting our shop, you are supporting a couple of things. A small hobby, to become a larger dream, a husband and wife team who are both enrolled in full time school, working towards their degrees, and a thirteen year old, fifteen pound, long haired mini dachshund who was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and is now insulin dependent.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel an order?

I do not accept cancellations once an order is placed, unless your payment was processed more than once. If you need to change anything relating to your order, (shipping address, color of decal, name, monogram, shipping time, etc), please send me a convo immediately. Each item is described, (size, color shown, etc) in each listing. Please read this carefully. I do not accept cancellations for failure to thoroughly read the listing.

When will my order ship?

At checkout, you are provided with an estimate of when your order will ship. We observe all weekends and bank holidays, and orders will not ship on those days. RUSH orders are available for an extra cost. Please see the FAQ for rush for more information.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are our favorite! Send us a convo and we will be more than happy to work with you on making something specifically for you!

Care instructions

All decals are made of professional grade, outdoor vinyl that is able to last 6 or more years, as long as its well taken care of. Application instructions are included with each order in post card form.

Rush Orders

We do accept RUSH orders. Before you purchase a RUSH listing, please send us a convo to ensure that we are available to meet your timing needs. The RUSH listing is good for ONE decal to be rushed. If you need additional decals rushed, please purchase the appropriate amount needed. Rushing your order means that it will immediately jump to the front of the order queue and will ship in 1 to 2 business days.

Shop Hours

Our shop business hours are set as 9am to 5pm EST. If you message us between 9am and 5pm, you are guaranteed a response that business day. Although occasionally, we will be available the same business day after 5pm, please do not depend on this, as it is unpredictable. Your support means everything to us and we try our best to get back to you in a timely manner.

My order came damaged or not correct?

Accidents happen. We try our best to make sure your order is exactly the way you ordered it, but sometimes miscommunication occurs. For any problems with an order, please send us a convo before leaving a review within 3 days of receipt. (For example, if your order is delivered on Monday, you must contact us by Thursday, at 5pm EST). We are happy to fix any mistakes, mess-ups or damages when notified about them. If a review is left BEFORE sending us a convo, no further action (or a fix) will occur. We want to make sure you are happy with your order. Please convo us first.

We do require picture proof first, please include this when sending your original message.
