I should’ve known better, I got caught up in the excitement for baby girls first birthday 😂 regardless, it’s gorgeous!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
If you change your mind after receiving an item simply return the item unused and without any smells in order to receive a refund of the item price. Shipping can not be refunded. There will be a 25% restocking fee applied to any item returned.
Damaged Items:
Items damaged during shipment can either be replaced or refunded depending on the buyers preference. The customer must contact the shop within 48 hours of the delivery for this policy to be honored.
**Please keep damaged items until the claim has been settled. In all cases they require proof of damage.**
I will file a claim with picture proof of damage or lost packages that are never tracked to your home.
If the tracking says it was delivered to your home but you did not recieve it the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the post office.
Payment
For custom orders payment must be received and cleared prior to shipment.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before it is shipped as long as it is not a custom order. Once a custom order is made it can not be cancelled as these items can not be resold.
If there is a problem with the availability of materials to make your item then a full refund can be given at the shop owner or customer's discretion after the customer has been notified of the delay in production.
Shipping
Upgraded Shipping is through USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 2-3 business days after being shipped out. A tracking number and insurance are also included.
Larger Items are shipped USPS Parcel and take 2-9 days depending on location. They will also include a tracking number and insurance.
Overnight shipping through Fedex is also available for an extra charge. Please message me for details.
