Two Silver Moons - One-woman jewelry business

In a nut shell (for now) - I started my own jewelry business in 2006 after a more or less voluntary health-related career change.

Two Silver Moons is a one-woman business where all jewelry is handmade with my own two hands right here in my studio in the beautiful northwest of the USA.

I source all my materials carefully. My precious metals come from reputable refiners who use environmentally-friendly refining techniques and precious metals from recycled sources.

Check back sometime, as I am still working on this information - gotta go make jewelry now.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days after receiving your item. I will refund your money (minus shipping costs) after I receive the item(s) in unused condition. Items must be returned in the original packaging and ship with a tracking number to ensure they arrive safely.

Exception: For sanitary reasons post earrings cannot be returned

If your state is charging sales tax, Etsy will add this amount to the purchase price of your order.
Shipping
WITHIN THE US============
Your order is shipped with USPS delivery tracking to make sure it arrives safely.
Orders with a total value of $250 and more will ship with Signature required.
You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when the package goes into the mail.

Please notify me asap if your item does not arrive as indicated by the tracking information.

Important information for INTERNATIONAL orders ============!
Depending on your countries postal service and customs office it can take several weeks for your package to arrive.
There is a possibility you will be charged VAT/duty/custom taxes and fees by your country. Those fees will be your responsibility. I will not refund your purchase if you choose not to claim your item to avoid paying these charges. I will not falsely mark items as Gift on the customs form.

If a package is missing after being shown as delivered I will file a missing-package report with the USPS postal inspector.

All packages ship with insurance.
Insurance claims for lost and damaged packages involve an online affidavit you will have to fill out. (it is short and pretty painless).
If your item arrives damaged, please keep the item and all packaging as it might be needed to file the claim.
Please allow 45 days for International parcels to arrive before assuming they are lost.

Ring sizing
PLEASE make sure you give me the correct ring size when ordering your ring. If you give me your correct ring size, the ring will fit. To keep pricing fair, I cannot resize rings for free when the wrong size was ordered.
