When will I receive my order?

I do my best to ship out orders as soon as possible. Most of the time, I don't know in advance exactly when an item will go out, so the best thing to do is to check your Purchases page on Etsy, or your order confirmation, for an estimated shipping date. You will receive an automatic email from Etsy, with tracking information, when your order has shipped. I really appreciate your patience!

Most items in my shop are handmade to order, and may take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to be created before shipping, unless otherwise stated. Some items may ship sooner; please let me know if you have any deadlines or special requests (and see "Rush Upgrades" for more information).

What shipping methods do you use? How do I track my package? Do all items ship together?

I ship via USPS for domestic and international orders. Tracking information is usually available and is provided when orders ship. International orders may have limited tracking; details are not always up-to-date because of items waiting to clear customs, etc. Please allow additional time for international orders to arrive. Expedited options may be available at an additional fee; please ask. All items ship together when the entire order is ready. If an in-stock item is ordered alongside one that is made-to-order, the longer of the two wait times applies. If you would prefer items to ship separately, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Additional shipping fees may apply.

I need this sooner. Do you offer rush upgrades? Do you have anything ready to ship?

The turnaround time for made-to-order handmade items is approximately 3 to 6 weeks. Need it sooner? I offer two-week rush upgrades. At checkout, select the RUSH option instead of Standard Shipping. Additional fees are automatically calculated. The upgrade only applies to turnaround time BEFORE shipping. Domestic orders may arrive a few days later; international orders may take longer. For specific deadlines, get in touch! Please note that NOT ALL ITEMS OR ORDERS CAN BE RUSHED. I will let you know if there is a problem within 1-2 days of your order being placed. I also have some items ready to ship immediately. Search for the letter “Q” in my shop to see all Quick Ship listings, then check the listing details for sizes marked “Ships Today.”

What size should I order? How will this fit me?

I have many fashion-forward silhouettes in my collection, and my garments may fit differently from each other. It's very important to check the measurements for each item before ordering. Compare the listed measurements, all taken laying flat, with your own clothes to determine the best fit. Chest measurements are taken from armpit to armpit (can be doubled to determine the garment's circumference); length is measured from shoulder to hem. Each style may be intended to fit more tightly or more loosely, so it's best to compare measurements with your own clothes, rather than your body measurements. A handy guide to measuring is shown as the last image in each listing.

Are your clothes made for kids, or for adults? Do you make clothes for men? What about 2XL, 3XL, etc.?

My designs are for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes! Many of my listings will include sizes and measurements for the entire available range, from infants to plus sizes. If a listing does not already include your size, I may be able to create a version for you. I can adapt my adult designs for kids, and vice versa; there may be slight differences in style, color, etc. It can get confusing, but if you have a specific question, please get in touch and we can discuss the details. And yes, I do make clothes for men! Many of my styles already have a unisex fit, and I can also create custom versions of just about any design, so feel free to submit a custom order request. If you don't see it, I can usually do it!

Can I get this design on a different shirt? Can I swap colors? What about printing on the back?

Yes! Let me know what you’d like, and I'll respond with available options. Because I make everything to order, there usually won't be any additional charge for color swaps. Mix and match all you want! Unless shown or otherwise stated in the listing, the back of hand-stenciled garments is usually left blank. However, for stenciled designs, I can print on the back for an additional fee (exact cost depends on the design). For splash dyed designs, the back is also dyed, but looks a bit different than the design on the front due to the unique, handmade process that I use, and usually has more of a muted, watercolor effect. I am not able to replicate the exact look of the front on the back of splash dyed garments.

I have an idea for a new shirt. Can you make my design for me? What about my logo on a shirt, or this design I saw in another shop?

I love to hear my customers' ideas for new designs. I do sometimes create new designs loosely based on customer suggestions, and offer them for sale in my shop. All designs remain my property and copyright, but the garment is yours to love! However, this is different from custom wording and logo requests. My shop on Etsy is geared towards selling my own hand-printed designs, so if you’re looking for custom apparel for your business, team, or organization, I’d be happy to give you some suggestions or make a referral. For legal and ethical reasons, I am not able to print designs that have been taken from other sources.

What about washing Instructions? Will the inks fade? Will it shrink?

For the most part, my garments do not require any special care instructions, and are made to be washed and worn many times. The inks that I use for stenciling and splash dyeing do not fade or bleed in the wash. For longevity, wash inside out with like colors. The first wash and dry may cause certain garments to shrink slightly, even though most items are preshrunk. So if the fit is already perfect, I suggest line drying.

What if it doesn't fit? Do you accept returns? Can I exchange for a different size?

For the safety of my customers and family and due to COVID and Monkeypox I cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any clothing right now. Please measure twice, order once! And feel free to ask me any questions about fit before purchasing.

Yes! I sell through Etsy Wholesale. Get in touch and I can send you a guest pass to my linesheet. Most of my items are available wholesale, although some are not. Please get in touch if you can’t find what you’re looking for in the linesheet.
