Two Sugar Peas makes every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with each item purchased from our shop. Most reasonable requests can be accommodated.
Payment is welcome by PayPal and Etsy direct checkout only. Payment is request within 24 hours of placing an order. If payment is not received within 24 hours the buyer will be notified and the order will be canceled.
All items will be shipped USPS First Class unless otherwise noted or requested. Please message me PRIOR to making a purchase if you would like to purchase optional insurance or upgrade shipping for your order. A small fee may apply for changes made to shipping once an order has been placed.
Two Sugar Peas is not responsible for the shipping company meeting or not meeting shipping time frames.
All shipping costs associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping costs include upgrades, shipping to Two Sugar Peas and back to the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want everyone to love each item purchased from Two Sugar Peas therefore if there are any concerns with your purchase please contact me immediately.
NO refunds or exchanges will be given for personalized items.
NO refunds or exchanges will be given for 'I chose the wrong color' or 'It looks different on my screen than in person'. All photos are taken in natural light and are untouched other than cropping. We do our best to present accurate colors in the listing photos and description. We cannot account for screen settings. Fabric swatches are available upon request for a small cost.
We will only accept exchanges for yellow/golden princess braids, no refunds. NO refunds or exchanges for all other color braids.
NO refunds or exchanges on Elf clothes and accessories after December 24th.
Refunds or exchanges will only be made once the item is received by Two Sugar Peas. All shipping cost to Two Sugar Peas and all shipping cost back to the customer are the responsibility of the customer. Two Sugar Peas will set up a reserved listing for the customer to purchase for the additional shipping charges and/or shipping upgrades. The item will not be sent until the shipping has been paid. Returns and exchanges must be made within two weeks of customer receiving the item as documented in the tracking information. All items must be returned in the original condition in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Photos are taken of every order before the package is sealed up to document the order before it leaves our shop. Two Sugar Peas will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages and/or items once they leave our shop. The customer has the option to purchase shipping insurance.

Two Sugar Peas will not be responsible for delays due to incomplete information at checkout. Most of our items are custom made and we cannot complete orders where all requested information is not provided at checkout or by Etsy's Convo system.
