Welcome to Two Tails Woodturning. Specializing in hand crafted drop spindles for the fiber artist.

With each creation I work carefully to preserve the beauty of these rare and exotic woods while providing a spindle that is balanced and spins perfectly.

I worked very closely with a group of talented spinners to create the items that you see here today. Try one of my spindles and see why the owners of one of my custom pieces call themselves the Tail Chasers!

Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders: I am available for custom orders!!! Here is a great opportunity to get the spindle of your dreams, exotic burls, custom wood combinations, laminates, custom size, and weight are all available to you. Please e-mail me twotailswoodturning [!at] with you specs and I will gladly reply with pricing and an estimated turn around time.

Policy: I provide a one time repair/replace policy on my spindles, no matter how your spindle is damaged (New puppy chew toy, dropped on the cement floor and broke) send it back to me and I will either repair or replace it for you on time. I do ask that you cover the cost of shipping on the replacement. If it breaks again feel free to contact me about purchasing a new replacement.

Note: Replacements my not be an exact match, these are hand made items, I will do my best to replicate your original purchase but the new one may encorporate running changes that I have made. Also if the woods used are no longer available I will contact you to dicuss a suitable replacement. Often I use very rare burls or woods may become endangered. It may be impossible to replace these items.
