What do I do if I didn't receive my item?
Check the shipping address you have on file with Etsy & make sure that it is correct. If it is NOT correct, unfortunately that is not something that I am responsible for. You are responsible for making sure that you have the correct shipping address when placing your order or message me before I ship your item, so that I can make the correction. Once it has been shipped; I cannot do anything.
If I have shipped it and there is a tracking number you can take your tracking info into your local post office or contact Canada Post. Once an item has been shipped by me and marked as checked in by the post office, the matter is out of my hands. I am not responsible for the post office. Canada Post does not always have current tracking info.
What if my item breaks?
I always want you to have a positive experience in my shop!
If any part of your item is defective or breaks due to a way that I made it, simply send me a message and a photo (must have a photo) for me to review, within 7 days of receipt of your item (I can see when it was delivered by the tracking #) and together we will figure something out for you.
How long will shipping take?
After I finish a custom piece which takes about 2-3 weeks to complete, it will then take and additional 3-5 business days to prepare shipping.
For regular or premade orders, 3-5 business days to prepare shipping.
Once a package is shipped, due to the current situation with Canada Post and the pandemic, orders can take 5-8 weeks to reach their destination.
I ship out all orders on Saturday (sometimes sooner if my work schedule allows) the week an order is received or custom order is completed.
