I’m so sorry about this! It looks like the ink connection inside the stamp has been damaged. We’d love to replace it with a working stamp – just respond to our DM and we’ll make it right! – Christine

5 out of 5 starsVery happy with my purchase! Proof was sent next day, item came super quickly and looks great. Arrived much much faster than expected. Stamp works very well (got the self inking one) and we’re super happy with the minimal design. We can use it for everything from cards to more professional uses and it fits well for all. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend an order and love this particular item/design for sure.
