We pride ourselves on Customer Service and Communications, we will let you know when the items ship, if any difficulties with PayPal - we can assist and we stand behind our product if any problems occur in shipping or if a accident occurs within 60 days of your purchase damaging the item.

We accept PayPal payment in US Dollars, TO USE A CREDIT CARD WITHOUT PAYPAL, USE THE "CONTINUE" BUTTON TO YOUR LEFT WHEN CHECKING OUT ON PAYMENT PAGE. We also accept checks, payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
If you are having trouble with PayPal, we can also make your transaction easy to complete by sending to your email address a "Request for Payment" in the exact amount which then takes you just a couple of clicks to complete the transaction.

All items are shipped "retail ready" and as gifts on your behalf. Let us know in the "message to seller" if you would like us to include a gift card (no extra charge for the gift card).
We ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped ASAP upon payment clearing, no longer than 7 days. For the USA - PURCHASES OF 2 OR MORE NECKLACES WILL SHIP VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL.
All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.
If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, we wish to know. Use the “message to seller” note during checkout to indicate ship to address. If you do not notify us we will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges

. Damaged goods will be re-shipped free of charge upon return of the damaged item to address below.

. No returns after 3 days of receipt except as authorized.
. Shipping costs are not refunded.
. There is a 15% handling fee on all merchandise returned.
Repairs due to defects in workmanship and/or materials - free of charge. Any lost or damaged items can be replaced. Charges vary.

We wholesale all of our items without minimums by the items, just 3 - 6 by overall type of items (framed necklaces, unframed, plates, coasters, wall pendants).
