4 out of 5 starsTeresa was very communicative with me when I inquired about these earrings, as I was debating whether to get my ears pierced or have the earrings converted to clip ons. After piercing my ears, I put in an order for the earrings, but unfortunately there was some confusion on what was in their inventory and it turned out they were no longer available in gold. She offered to send an alternative pair, refunding the difference in price. They were packaged well and arrived without issue, and they look beautiful. I'm satisfied with the earrings and will be wearing them for my wedding, but I wish I could have had the original earrings in gold as I'd planned.

It was a little loose on my wrist (I was imagining it being a stretchy, tight fit, but that was my bad for not verifying the fit before I purchased it). I can still wear it though and my wedding guests will be none the wiser about the fit.

Even though it was my fault because the gem was exacly as described, Teresa immediately offered to take it back for a refund. The customer service was impeccable. Teresa responded to all messages within a few hours. Would highly highly recommend purchasing from her!
