3 out of 5 starsItem was as described and it shipped quickly. However, I did not enjoy the lack of customer service after it was shipped. After the item was stuck in pre-transit for 3 and 4 days, respectively, I reached out to seller twice asking for an update. I did not receive a response either time. I escalated the problem with Etsy requesting a refund and was responded to by the seller within minutes. It’s a shame it took contacting Etsy in order to get a response. Even if the seller meant to malice and simply did not have the time to respond, it’s a bad look.

5 out of 5 starsThe printing on this mug is high quality and looks even nicer in person than in the pictures. The ceramic was also of a great quality and seems sturdy. This mug came very well packaged so you don’t have to worry about it getting broken during shipping.

1 out of 5 starsThis item was deemed undeliverable to my address for some reason and was sent back to the seller. I reached out to seller for a refund or for them to re-send the item. This was over a month ago, and I have not heard back.
