1 out of 5 starsOrdered on 09May2020 with a statement saying ship in 2-3 weeks. Have not received as of 06Jun2020. Received response on second attempt to communicate explaining situation and assuring would be sent out by end of week. Currently is the end of the week and still no shipment notification. Edit: 03Jul2020 - Had to open a case with Etsy for resolution, ended up getting refund and seller stated would still send mug. As of now, at least the refund has processed; has not sent mug. Would not recommend purchase through ubermugs, find a more reliable group. Again, I'll update if ever received; but anticipate that will never happen.

1 out of 5 starsNever received, status says Not Shipped. Order placed 4/26 (30 days ago) and shop said I would have it two weeks ago. Sent message to shop with no response. Will have to dispute on credit card at this point.
