1 out of 5 starsMug is very cute, exactly as portrayed in images. However, I placed this order Jan 25, and it had an estimated ship date of Feb 15, delivery date Feb 20. On Feb 22 I still had not received the item, and USPS tracking number shows the item hadn’t yet been dropped off at post office. I contacted the seller and they responded they’d look into it. Nothing. I sent another message. No response. I opened an Etsy case on Feb 28, and only then was the mug shipped. While the product is as described, the seller lacks business integrity, as seen throughout several other reviews.

2 out of 5 starsHave to say I’m pretty disappointed. Ordered on 2/2 and it’s 2/22 with my order being in pre transit for five days. Understand things comes up but seems a little extreme with no response.

1 out of 5 starsOrdered this almost 2 months ago. Still haven’t received my order. Reached out to shop. Shop claimed to ship it and it’s be 2 weeks and still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out multiple times and haven’t been answered.. this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a friend.. soo disappointed.
