5 out of 5 starsThis was amazing! I bought it as a gift for a friend as she was going through a tough time with her disability. The painting was gorgeous and it meant so much more to her coming from a fellow person with a disability.

5 out of 5 starsThe detail and vibrancy of the colors in this painting look so much better in person. David did an amazing job of adding texture to the piece with colored paper. This painting will also be displayed at my office. I will leave photos once they are hung.

5 out of 5 starsI loved the colors in this painting, and the scenery. This painting is going to be hung in my office, and it will be an excellent addition to the atmosphere. The seller was very prompt with communication and mailing the painting out. Thank you, Sharon, for sharing your creativity with me.

5 out of 5 starsI love my little keychain! I've gotten many compliments already. It was very unique compared to the other offerings on etsy, and the fact that the profits go towards a good cause make it extra special.

Life Without Limits for People with Disabilities
In 1995 our Adaptive Arts Program started out as an opportunity for a small group of individuals with disabilities to express themselves through poetry. Today, the Program continues to offer art classes in drawing, painting and art jewelry/accessories to adults with disabilities living in our community, as well as the hospital setting. Through the use of adaptive tools artists realize their full potential in artistic expression
Adaptive Arts provide a special freedom of expression and creativity for people with disabilities. In some cases, this form of independence is the only means by which a person can express themselves. Through Adaptive Arts, individuals with physical and intellectual challenges are able to utilzes assistive equipment and therapies to overcome their challenges to freely create some truly beautiful creations
The best way we know to support our Artists' is to promote the sale of their works. This provides a unique source of income for people that face unique challenges entering the traditional workplace but more importantly, provides a sense of accomplishment and acceptance when someone purchases a piece.
The Adaptive Arts Program has held successful art shows and sales in the local community for years. We have expanded to Etsy in order to reach out to people across the country and give everyone an opportunity to support our artist at any time.

Shop policies
Our award-winning Adaptive Arts Program provides a creative outlet for adults with a variety of disabilities both in classroom and hospital settings. Through the use of adaptive tools, artists realize their full potential in artistic expression. We offer art classes in drawing, painting and art jewelry/accessories and have been selling the art produced at art shows and sales for years. We hope to expand our venture to the Etsy community to increase revenue to our adaptive artists as well as awareness of the challenges they face.
100% of the profits of original art, jewelry and accessories will be paid directly to the artists in our program. A check is issued to each individual, a check that is received with great pride and excitement, no matter how small the amount.
