I didn't realize this sign could be personalized with my name. I was never asked during the process about that. I ended up getting the sign and it had this blank blue area on top and then I looked at the listing again and realized that should have been my name. I messaged the seller about 4 days ago and have not heard back. I love their signs they're very high quality but they don't respond to messages through Etsy when you need help
