If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us within 5 business days after receiving the item. You'll get a full refund if it's sent back unused and in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Before making an order make sure you'e read the complete description of the item: dimensions, color, material, etc. in other case the cost of return shipping is a responsibility of the buyer. However, any particular case is to be decided upon separately.
In case if (hope there will not be such cases) the package does not arrive for too long/ arrives damaged - please, let us know. All packages are insured and we will do everything possible to help our customers solve any problems with shipping that can arise. We are not in control of how quickly the mail carrier moves - so please, make sure you make an order in advance for it to arrive in the dates needed.
If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us before leaving a feedback, we will do everything possible to fix this.

Shipping
We ship withing 1-3 BUSINESS days after receiving the payment. For made to order items it's 5-10 days.
Usually a delivery takes about 7-21 business days. Please note, the delivery time may vary and we can't be responsible for losses or delays.
•All packages have a tracking number. PLEASE NOTE: your sign is required to receive a package, it will not be left in you post box.
BUT - unexpected things can happen – like random custom controls- it does not depend upon on us in this case delay can take up to six weeks. Please, keep that in mind

Your packages will not show on the USPS (Australian Post, Canadian Post or the tracking site of your country) tracking site until the customs of your country are done with it. You could check what happened with your package after we dropped it off at the Ukrainian Post Office.
