Ultraterrestrial by Becca Kacanda

Ultraterrestrial is a collection of vinyl stickers, pinback buttons, embroidered patches , greeting cards, tote bags and shirts designed by artist Becca Kacanda. Becca launched Ultraterrestrial in 2012 while living in Iowa and now operates out of Milwaukee, WI. Ultraterrestrial embraces bright colors, off kilter humor, mysticism, and collage elements to create products that are inclusive, surprising, joyful and always fun.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days and I will do my best to resolve any issues with your purchase, whether that be repairing or replacing a damaged item, or issuing a refund.
Payment
I accept Paypal, credit card payments, and Etsy gift cards. Payment is due at time of purchase.
Shipping
All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Delivery confirmation is included for items when possible and is included in the shipping price.
At this time all ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted in item description. Please contact me for rush order or any other delivery request.

International items are shipped First Class (the best rate) and shipping times can vary depending on the country- please give up to a few weeks. Delivery confirmation is not available for international shipments.

Any significant shipping overcharges will be refunded.
