About

Una Cosa Piccola

I have always been a great fan of DIY and I love all small and graceful things, from miniatures (especially books) to jewelry... the shop name Una Cosa Piccola just means "a small or a little thing". In my free time, I love to create every kind of stuff, above all jewelry, and I piled up a lot of them (there is... uhm... no more place at home) so I decided to open my own little shop on Etsy! :-)

Thank you so much for finding me here on Etsy!
A few words about me: I love art, literature, photography and all kind of diy stuff. My passion is jewelry, wearing it and doing it! Una cosa piccola is my personal project. Italian word "piccola" means small/little/tiny… I love small things and I definitely believe in the value of little things of life…
My main philosophy is to reuse and to recycle; I often use upcycled materials because in my opinion all things may have a second life... with a little bit of fantasy and style. Something old, something new, they say; I agree, there's no new without old, no future without past… my creations are a mix of both elements. Please note: every piece is different from others, every creation is one of a kind.
I hope you enjoy taking a look at my little things, and like them; for your gifts or your own purchases, Una cosa piccola is there.

Shipping
I'm glad to offer you free shipping but because of that you must have a little patience :-). Every item will arrive to you lovely packaged, ready to gift. I try to ship out within 24 hours of receiving order, but usually I would say it takes around 1 to 3 days before I can ship, especially on the weekend. Estimated shipping times for US and all over the world are more or less 3 weeks, but for Italian and UE buyers they are shorter (about 7-10 days).
I ship by ordinary mail from Italy, but if you prefer registered or insured mail or other shipping methods, they are available upon request. WRITE ME BEFORE PURCHASE IF YOU DESIRE A DIFFERENT SHIPPING METHOD. Thank you in advance. Please note: buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns and exchanges: if you aren't happy with your purchase, we can talk about and surely find a solution.
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional policies and FAQs
I try my hardest to ship my items with the utmost care. If you notice that my jewelry shows some imperfection, this is probably due to handmade work; in fact, every piece is one of a kind and not an industrial product.
