5 out of 5 starsThe Ramonita leather bag was shipped in good condition and on time. The quality is very good and the size is just right. The color was just what I expected. The only issue was the large zipper stop was loose and could easily be pulled off. But I was able to unscrew it and reattach it tightly. Overall, I am pleased with my bag. This was the first time I ordered something from Etzy and from the UNAshop. I would definitely buy from Etsy again and could consider ordering something else from UNAshop. Thanks, Tonya Daughtry

Tassels are a new trend for the upcoming spring and summer season and I am thrilled to have this new addition to my accessories. I can also use them as a key chain or put them on any other bag! She was so patient with my request and so prompt with shipping. I will definitely be back for more! Thank you thank you thank you, perfect perfect perfect! :-D

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Claim for refund or exchange must be made within 7 days upon date of receipt of the purchased item. All refund and exchange items must be returned in their original and unused condition.
Custom made item cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Customers are held responsible for all the additional shipping and handling charges occur from returns and exchanges. You will be refunded once the item arrives safely and is correctly inspected.
Payment
Payment is to be completed within 3 days from date of checkout.
If it`s not, transaction will be canceled and item relisted, unless informed of delay in payment.
Paypal, is a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. If you do not have a Paypal account, you don't need to sign up to use their service, and you can pay directly through their site by credit card.
Shipping
I ship to Etsy address unless stated differently.
I use certified priority Uruguayan Postal Service(equivalent to USPS) to ship all items. We'll send you tracking number.
Deliveries take approximately 15-20 working days to reach any destination. Items are shipped on tuesdays and fridays.
I also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. If you would like this service, please write a note in the Message to Seller when you check out. I will send you an updated invoice from PayPal for the additional service. Or contact me.
We are not responsible for duty charges you may incur.
We do not refund for lost parcels.
(But don´t worry, we haven´t lost any parceles)
