About UncommonTee
Uncommon Tee
Uncommon Tee, established in 2017, was created to allow people to express their personality via their clothing. It all started in 2016, I was working a job in the graphic design business, graphic design was all I ever wanted to do. However the reality of the job didn't quiet fit my expectations and I started to look for ways to channel my creativity. I've always had an interest in fashion and clothing, so I channelled my creative energy into starting a clothing line right here on Etsy. It was a slow start, working in the evenings on the sofa, but it steadily grew to the point were I had to make a choice, keep working in a career I didn't enjoy, or pursue this passion project into a business that could support me and a business I could be proud of. So I handed in my resignation, setup a small desk in the storage room under the stairs and started working full time on making Uncommon Tee a success.
We now rank in the top 1% of over 1.9 million Etsy stores worldwide, we now offer a huge collection of t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts which is growing by the week, and we now even have our own office space! We have no plans of slowing down, follow our store on Etsy or Instagram to keep up.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
All products are unique and produced to order, due to their nature we cannot accept returns however we will replace any faulty items.
- Every item is made to order.
- We supply a 30 day warranty for any faults that are not incurred by the customer. i.e misprints, or faulty fabric. Replacements are for the same product & design.
- The UK/EU 14 day cooling off period does not apply to our products, as every item is hand printed to your order specification.
- We don't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about the size or colour. (please check the size guide before ordering)
- Buyers are responsible for any return costs, unless faulty.
- We will replace any items that get lost, unless provided address is incorrect.
Exchanges & Returns continued
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you want a different size or colour, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
If a return is agreed with us for any reason, please be aware that the return address is a UK address and any costs relating to the return will need to be covered by yourself, unless the issue is due to any faults or mistakes on our end.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You have a window of 2 hours to cancel your order. After this your order is sent to production and we cannot edit or cancel in production orders.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We don't currently offer gift wrapping or adding notes into orders. The "Order notes" section is not for gift messages, any messages left in this field will not be included in the order.
Wholesale availability
We offer wholesale discounts for bulk orders, please get in touch.
My Order Hasn't Arrived?
If your order has not been delivered in 28 calendar days (for domestic US orders) or in 45 calendar days (for international orders), please contact us asap in order to be eligible for a replacement. Once this timeframe has passed, we can no longer make a lost item claim nor can we issue a replacement.
We do not issue refunds if an order goes missing in the post, we only issue replacements.
It is YOUR responsibility to collect packages if they get delivered to a Parcel Shop or Delivery/Post Office. If they get returned to us, you will be responsible for any fees or charges. No refunds will be given if your order gets returned - however we will re-ship whenever possible, we may ask for a shipping fee.
Express shipping?
Express shipping can be selected in the cart before checking out, express shipping is currently only available for the US. Please note that we turn express shipping off during busy periods.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost in the post (this does unfortunately happen sometimes) and it is not the fault of the address, then we will issue a replacement order free of charge. No refunds are given for packages lost in the post. We issue replacements only. Please note we will only issue one replacement order.
If your item doesn't arrive due to issues with the supplied address, then unfortunately we won't issue a replacement.
My Item Arrived Faulty or Not as Expected
We supply a 30 day warranty on all items in our store. This warranty covers all faults that are not incurred by the customer. Please contact us detailing the issue, along with photographic evidence. (This just speeds up the process and removes the need for you to return anything). Please note, any replacements will be for the same product and same design.
COPYRIGHT / TRADEMARK
We take absolute care and attention when designing our products. We perform thorough searches on each design to prevent infringement of any existing trademarks prior to listing. If you believe we are infringing on your copyright or trademark, then please get in touch with us and we'll take action immediately. Any infringements are usually completely unintentional and we are happy to remove any offending items from our store.
