Welcome to my shop. I hope you enjoy buying my items as much as I enjoy making and selling them.
For customer questions & requests, I will respond within the day.
For shipments & to process orders my business hours are Monday - Friday.
Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.
I also accept Check, Money Order and Cashiers Check. If paying by check, money order or cashiers check, please be aware that I do not start your order until payment is received and cleared.

If you would like to reserve an item I will do so with a deposit of 1/3 of the purchase price with full payment required within 30 days. The listing picture will be replaced with a Reserved picture. ' If item is not paid for by the agreed time frame than I reserve the right to relist the item.

Ready to Ship" items - handling is 1-3 business days.
Small "Made to Order" items - processing time is 7-10 business days.
Custom Orders - processing time is 2-4 weeks.
Large Volume Orders - processing time is 3-8 weeks.
IMPORTANT: Because a lot of my items are "Made to Order" and due to a high volume of custom and made to order items, processing times are subject to change. If for some reason I am unable to complete your order by the scheduled ship date I will contact you via Etsy messaging. If you need your order by a special date, please see my "Rush Order" policies and charges below.

Most items ship USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-5 business days. Larger items will ship either USPS Parcel Select / 2-9 business days or USPS Priority Mail / 2-3 business days. Once I package and print your label you will receive an e-mail notification.
I offer worldwide shipping. I ship USPS International First Class Mail which can take 15-30 business days. The US postal service does not provide tracking on first class packages.
I offer Priority shipping which can take 6-10 business days. However, the US postal service does not offer a guaranteed shipping time or provide tracking info. They will give an estimated time of delivery. If you want a guaranteed time of delivery & tracking, Expedited service is required. Please contact me for pricing on Priority and Expedited services.
IMPORTANT: There is no guarantee for shipping times on First Class International orders. In my experience shipments to Canada, UK and Australia have been pretty fast. If you are ordering from an area that is not frequented by the US postal service they may hold your package to wait for other packages to make the trip. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK your address and make sure all info is accurate. If an item is refused by your country it can take a month to get returned to me.
Customs - Please note, that any charges due to your countries customs is your responsibility.

I take care in packing all items. As the seller I assume all risks involved with shipping. If your item arrives damaged (DOA - dead on arrival) I provide detail instructions with your order on what to do.
When ordering, please keep in mind any US holidays. Holidays can significantly delay shipments.
Refunds and Exchanges

Order risk free, I guarantee all my work. You have 30 days for replacements, returns or exchange.
FOR RETURNS - I provide “Easy, Hassel Free Returns”. You have 30 days to return your item.
If you would like to return your item:
1. Keep the box that your order was mailed in.
2. Contact me at jcmeixsell [!at] gmail.com or convo me from within Etsy.
3. Please provide me with your Order #.
4. I will mail you a shipping label to the address on your account unless otherwise specified.
5. Once you receive the label, put your item in the original box, seal, attach the label and mail.
6. Once I receive the order in the mail, you will receive a refund of your purchase price and the original shipping cost within 24 hours.
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
If your order arrived damage, please send me a picture to the above e-mail address. I will either replace damaged items asap or issue a refund if necessary.
Customer Service - I have 17 years as an owner of a large service business. I specialize in customer service. Any questions, concerns or problems you have with your order I will address promptly.

I welcome custom orders. Most of my items are "Made to Order", so I have a lot of flexibility with what I can do. For example, if you want a hydrangea print instead of poppies or if you want your logo or custom text added, I can make it happen.
In most cases if you want minor tweaks to a current listing I can do so at no extra charge. If you are looking for something specific than additional charges apply. With custom orders, I spend extra time designing something specific to your requests. Often it includes special shopping, extra time to design, additional materials etc.
The cost is $25 + cost of item. If you choose to have an item customized I will work out the details via messaging. If you would like a phone consultation, please message me. Once we work out the details, I will design a rough draft and send you a proof picture. This price includes a new design and one re-design if necessary, so 2 proofs.
IMPORTANT: Please contact me prior to ordering with any special requests or custom orders, because additional charges may apply. Messages received in check out notes upon purchase will not be applied to orders.
The processing time for custom orders is 2-4 weeks.

Many of my creations can be orderded in ANY QUANTITY desired. I provide large volume discounts, please contact me with questions . I often do large volumes and am very comfortable with these types of orders. Please keep in mind that I am an artist with a very small business and processing times for large orders can go as long as 3-4 weeks.
If you need your order quickly, please note that I offer a Rush service. This service is offered at and additional charge of $35. This bumps your order towards the front of the line. I guarantee that you will receive it by the requested date or your money back. It will also upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. Please contact me to discuss the details. If you need Overnight or Expedited shipping additional charges apply.
