Under.a.New.Light accepts payments via PayPal.
Under.a.New.Light uses Canada Post to send all of its items. Allow for 1-2 week production time before shipping.
Expected Delivery Times:
Canada: 3 to 8 days
US: 10 to 14 days
Everywhere else: country specific (~ 2 to 4 weeks)
Tracking information: US and international shipping does not include a tracking number. If you would like tracking information for your items, please contact me by email (additional shipping fees apply).
Under.a.New.Light is not responsible for any duty or customs charges that may occur in your packages shipment.
Under.a.New.Light is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please make sure to review carefully all the descriptions and pictures before you commit to purchasing any item.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your item within 3 days of receipt. Please contact me first with your order information before returning your item.
Products that have been altered or damaged by the client will not be accepted. In any event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (delivery confirmation, etc.) involved in the returning of the item. All products must be sent back with their original packaging.
