All items will ship once payment has been verified and your order processed; shipments include delivery verification and insurance. Once shipped, it takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive per U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail delivery service.

Please make sure that your shipping address is up-to-date and matches your Etsy profile in order to avoid delays or shipping to the wrong address.
Refunds and Exchanges
I opened this store because I wanted to provide pretty things with excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, minus the cost of return shipping. In case of a package loss I will contact the post office and attempt to locate the item by tracking number. If 2 weeks has passed without resolution, and your item has not been located, I will offer you a full refund.

*All returns must be made within 7 days of the item's receipt.

*Refunds are issued via Paypal unless otherwise specified.

*30 day warranty covers defective items only, except where the cause of defect is usage on part of the customer. Any other customer-induced defects are not covered. Claim must be made within 30 days of recieving the item.
