Custom orders are my specialty. Almost everything in my shop can be personalized. After we are in agreement of your custom order, at time of purchase please put in Note to Seller the exact spelling, capitalization and punctuation you want as I will hand stamp your order EXACTLY as it is typed into the note at checkout.

Please understand that I cannot except refunds or exchanges for personalized and/or custom jewelry. Non-personalized items you may wish to return/exchange contact me to discuss options. Buyer is responsible for return/exchange shipping.

If you wish to cancel your order it must be done within 24 hours after the purchase. If you still wish to cancel your order after 24 hours there is a 20% fee of the total purchase price.

All orders will ship USPS First Class 3-4 business days. You can choose Priority which ships 2-3 business days or Priority Express Overnight. *USPS doesn’t guarantee their delivery times for Priority or First Class Mail.* When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can. I am not responsible for your countries customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address in Etsy at check out. If you purchase then realize you do not have the correct address in Etsy, contact me immediately.

I am not responsible for late or lost packages once your items have left my hands. I will however do everything in my power to help you locate your item(s). If an item is marked as delivered by the USPS it is up to the buyer to contact their USPS office and neighbors to try and locate it.
The holiday season can delay shipping. Even though USPS sets shipping deadlines this does not always mean you will get your package on time as this is the busiest time of year. I strongly suggest if you are ordering items for holiday gifts (especially anything personalized or a custom created piece) that you order as early as possible. Check USPS.com for information on guaranteed delivery methods and time frames.

Please note that because hand stamping is not a replacement for machine-engraving, your items are not going to feature lines of perfectly even, uniform text. Variations and a bit of whimsy are to be expected; this is part of the charm of hand-stamped jewelry, as each piece is truly one of a kind and can never be duplicated exactly. Please note: An alternate font maybe used then what is pictured based on your personalizing request.

Aluminum is a great alternative to sterling silver without the high price. It does not tarnish or change color. It is light weight and comfortable to wear. Those with skin sensitivity are less likely to have a reaction from aluminum. I also use copper, bronze, brass and pewter which can tarnish. Please be sure to read the listings to see what metals are used.

If you have requested a custom order in which a Reserved Listing has been created for you to purchase, you will have 72 hours to purchase the listing or it will be cancelled.
