*Cleaning: Gently clean with a soft cloth or mild soap and water. Use specific cleaners as needed, avoiding abrasive materials. Polishing cloths may be used for both sterling silver and brass.

*Pearls & Gemstones: Your pearls and gemstones are not meant to be worn in water and should be removed prior to swimming, showers, and workouts.

*Storage: Store your jewelry flat in a dry, airtight container or pouch to prevent stretching of the delicate silk knots. Avoid moisture exposure to maintain the integrity of the knots over time.

*Cleaning: After each wear, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth to remove oils and dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaning agents that could weaken or damage the silk material.

*Handling: Handle with care to prevent stretching or snagging of the silk knots and other components. Avoid pulling or tugging on the knots excessively. To maintain the shape and quality of your jewelry, give it periodic breaks from wear. Allowing the silk knots to relax will help them retain their original shape and prevent premature stretching.

Each order is shipped in a keepsake bag that can also be used for storage. We are very mindful about using eco-friendly packaging, and use as little waste as possible to be environmentally conscious. Please feel free to leave a gift note, or any other instructions at checkout.

Gold-filled metal is made by adding a layer of 14- or 12-karat gold to a brass core, creating a tarnish-resistant surface where only gold is exposed. The metals are permanently bound together using heat and pressure. Gold-filled jewelry offers more value and durability than gold-plated since gold-filled materials contain a layer of karat gold—not just a microscopic plating. Gold filled jewelry has up to 100 x's more gold than gold plated.

All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic, and safe for nickel sensitive skin. We use materials sourced from only the most reputable distrubutors to ensure the highest quality materials for our customers.

We use 925 sterling silver & 14k gold filled for our metals, unless stated otherwise. Both are nickel free.
