Exchanges and returns for store credit must be made within 14 business days of delivery.
No refunds on crystals.
Custom orders are final sale.
If you have received a damaged item, you have 48 hours to take a photo of the item and contact me. For an exchange or replacement item, please send the item back in original packaging within 14 business days of delivery. Once the damaged item has been received you will receive a replacement item.

Payment is due upon ordering. Once payment is received, your order will be shipped in 1-2 days unless it is a made to order item or custom order.
Made to order items and custom orders will not be started on until payment has cleared. For example, if it takes 4 days for your item to clear, that is when production time begins. Please keep that in mind with shipping dates.
You have 24 hours to cancel an order. If your item has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Custom orders are non-refundable.

-Ready to ship orders will be mailed 1-3 business days after payment is received.
-Made to order items will ship out 3-10 business days after payment is received.
-Custom orders will ship out 10-14 business days after payment is received unless we have discussed a different amount of time due to needing supplies for the order, etc.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please be aware that with most costume jewelry, it can tarnish over time and needs to be cared for properly to extend it's life.
The majority of my pieces are natural semi precious stones and crystals that go through an electroforming process. This involves a thick copper build up and a gold or silver electroplating finish.
Please make sure to take the following steps to keep your u.l.s.m.b. jewelry looking it's best:
*Put your jewelry on after spraying perfume, hairspray, etc. as these can tarnish it.
*To clean your jewelry use soap (ex: Dawn) and water and a soft bristle brush. Dry of
immediately with a soft cloth or towel.
*Do not immerse jewelry in water - remove jewelry when bathing, showering, swimming, washing dishes, cleaning, etc.
*Remove jewelry before rigorous activities such as exercising.
*Do not store your jewelry in your bathroom. Hot and steamy places are no place for
your jewelry as this will either strip the plating much faster or tarnish the metal.
*Be gentle with your jewelry and it will love your for a long time. <3
Just remember last on and first off. :]
Repairs
Jewelry is fragile (especially when it involves natural crystals and gemstones) and accidents do happen... if you've taken all precautions listed above pertaining to jewelry care and your jewelry does break, I will be happy to fix it for you free of charge. Please contact me for more details; depending on the circumstances, there may be a charge involved in addition to shipping charges.
