The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
and I am unable to take returns due to sanitary/hygienic standards.
Items listed available for purchase are 'completed' / 'as listed' as far as sizing.
Items are returnable within 30 days of purchase in same condition as purchased.
*If you are interested in a customized order, please message me. Purchasing it in the size listed does NOT guarantee I can accommodate the sizing or specifics and will be cancelled.*
Any order that is listed and on "RESERVED" or "CUSTOM" status is not available for purchase. If you purchase an item that is on reserve, I must cancel the transaction as this item is already spoken for.
Custom or Personal requests will be placed on reserve for 48 hours. If no reply is received within that time, reserve status will be removed and item will be available for others to purchase.
