Hi. You could have messaged me to ask about the towels I use before posting a negative review. I have used the same name brand towels for years without issue. I am sorry you don't like them but I do not use cheap towels and would have gladly responded if you had just asked.

5 out of 5 starsThe hooded towels were a huge hit for my 4 yr and 2 yr old granddaughters. They were thrilled to see their name on their own hooded towel. Quality is great and delivery was faster than anticipated. I would definitely give the product and service a 5+
