4 out of 5 starsWhen I had originally ordered these it was stated in the description that the adult sm/md was the size of the polka dot mask in the picture. Unfortunately these masks are smaller than expected. Other than that the quality of the mask is great! I would suggest if you're ordering for an adult to only order the large size
