The boot tray was well constructed, delivered on time in careful packaging along with several update emails from the maker to make sure we had any input in the process. We are very pleased with the outcome.

I asked for a fairly complex bit of custom work, much more complicated than the average tray. Communication about the project was good, though sometimes sporadic. Seller is considerate, careful, and receptive to input. Product was well put together, and I am extremely satisfied. Due to the complexity of the project, there were points at which the "polish" could have been more immaculate, but overall I am extremely pleased and satisfied not only with the product, but the entire transaction and experience. Will definitely look to UniqueGardens for any similar requests I might have in the future.
