I accept only PayPal payment. You can pay with your credit card, bank account balance or paypal balance through paypal.
All items to be shipped to a Canadian address are subject to GST or HST as if you made the purchase at your local store.
Your order is normally shipped within two to three business days through Canada Post. If a shipping day falls on holiday I'll ship the next business day. I will send shipping notice through Etsy convo after I ship out your items.
Unless you contact me with other instruction, I only ship to your Etsy address, not your PayPal address if it's different from your Etsy address. So please make sure your Etsy address is correct.
The estimated delivery time, according to Canadapost, is one to two weeks within Canada, two to three weeks to US or other international destinations, and may take longer time in busy holiday seasons or due to custom delay. I sure try my best to ship out your order as soon as possible but please understand I have no control over the custom process and postal service. Sometimes it does take longer than usual time for your order to arrive. Please contact me if you have any concern or questions regarding your order status.
If you suspect your package is lost, please refer to below 'Refunds and Exchanges' part for additional information and contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
For any reason if you are not satisfied with or have any questions regarding your order, please DO contact me first so that I would be able to do my best to solve any problems before you have to contact Etsy or PayPal or leave feedbacks.
Your satisfaction is my top priority. So I have a money back guarantee as described below for items returned in original condition. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can simply return it within 5 days after you receive it to get a full refund by following these steps. Item(s) purchased during sale period can only be returned if the item(s) is(are) defected. Please be advised that shipping fee is not refundable
If you want to return an item/items, first please contact me within 48 hours after you receive the item(s) to let me know your intention of returning your item(s), I'll response within 12 hours with return address and other instructions.
Second please mail the item(s) back to the address I provide within five days after you have received the item(s).
If you're in USA please mail item(s) back through USPS. Absolutely NO UPS or Fedex please. Both UPS and Fedex charge very high handle fee and broker fee for crossing border delivery and I'll have to deduct any fees from your refund if you use UPS or Fedex service.
If you are in Canada just mail item(s) back through Canadpost. For international buyers please mail item(s) back through your local postal service, please mark the package as 'return' where applicable.
The last step is I'll refund your full purchase price (excluding original shipping fee) through PayPal within 24 hours after I have received your returned item(s) in its original good conditions. Please be advised that shipping fee is not refundable.
If the returned piece is broken I'll contact you right after I receive it.
If your package is lost during delivery which is rare but does happen, you'll get a full purchase price refund (excluding shipping fee) after five weeks waiting period. I have to wait five weeks after I mail out the package to file a lost package claim according to Canada Post, so I ask you to wait five weeks as well. In the mean time, during my over 10 years of online selling period, many people who thought their packages had been lost actually had received the packages during the five weeks waiting period.
If you have received an item that is broken during delivery which was very very rare during my over 7 years of online selling period, please contact me right after you receive it with a picture of the broken piece.
